This website is operated by Travel is the Point LLC, doing business as Grailworks Trading Co. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “Grailworks,” “Grailworks Trading Co.,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Travel is the Point LLC, d/b/a Grailworks Trading Co.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF THE WEBSITE
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

2. PRODUCTS AND COLLECTIBLES
Grailworks Trading Co. sells collectible products that may include raw trading cards, professionally graded cards, sealed trading card products, sports cards, and related collectibles.
Collectibles may have naturally occurring or manufacturer-produced variations, imperfections, packaging wear, print defects, or other characteristics.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph the products offered for sale.
For individually photographed raw and graded cards, the photographs form an important part of the product listing. Customers should review all available photographs and product details before purchasing.
Sealed products may have minor factory, shipping, distribution, or shelf-related imperfections unless otherwise stated.
3. RAW CARD CONDITION
Raw trading cards are evaluated using the Grailworks Trading Co. Condition Guide.
Condition assessments are opinions based on visible characteristics of the card and are provided to assist customers in evaluating the item.
A stated raw-card condition does not guarantee that a card will receive any particular grade from PSA, CGC, BGS, SGC, TAG, or any other third-party grading company.
Third-party grading outcomes are determined solely by the grading company and may differ from a buyer's or seller's assessment.
4. GRADED CARDS
Professionally graded cards are listed according to the grading company, assigned grade, certification information, and other information shown in the listing.
Grailworks Trading Co. does not control or independently guarantee the grading standards, opinions, authentication determinations, population data, or other determinations made by third-party grading companies.
Customers should review photographs of the slab, holder, label, and card before purchasing.
5. SEALED PRODUCTS
Unless otherwise stated in a listing, products represented as factory sealed are sold unopened.
Because the contents of sealed products cannot be inspected without opening the product, Grailworks Trading Co. does not guarantee specific cards, pull rates, pack contents, grading outcomes, manufacturing configurations, or other results from opening a sealed product.
Manufacturer-listed contents may be provided for informational purposes.
6. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices and product availability may change without notice before an order is accepted.
Because many collectibles are unique or available in limited quantities, adding an item to a cart does not guarantee availability until an order has been successfully completed.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing and inventory information. If an order is affected by a material pricing error, inventory error, payment issue, suspected fraud, or other problem that prevents fulfillment, we may cancel the affected order and issue any appropriate refund.
7. ORDERS
Submission of an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to review an order before fulfillment for payment verification, inventory availability, suspected fraud, shipping limitations, pricing errors, legal requirements, or other legitimate order-processing concerns.
Orders are subject to the Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy published on this website.
8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request cancellation before a shipping label has been created or the order has shipped.
A cancellation request is not complete until confirmed by Grailworks Trading Co.
Once a shipping label has been created or an order has shipped, the order may no longer be canceled and the Return & Refund Policy applies.
9. FINAL SALES AND RETURNS
Due to the collectible nature of the products sold by Grailworks Trading Co., sales are final after shipment except as provided in our Return & Refund Policy.
If an item arrives materially different from its listing or is damaged in transit, the customer must contact Grailworks Trading Co. before returning the item.
No item should be returned without prior authorization and return instructions.

10. SHIPPING
Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy, including our processing times, carrier practices, insurance procedures, signature requirements, and procedures for delayed, lost, or damaged shipments.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
11. PAYMENT
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information for purchases made through the website.
Payments may be processed by Shopify or other third-party payment providers. Use of those payment services may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable provider.
12. TAXES

Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party services are provided by the identified third party and are subject to that provider's own terms, eligibility requirements, pricing, processes, and policies.
Grailworks Trading Co. does not guarantee a particular grading result, increase in value, improvement in condition, or other outcome from restoration or other third-party services.
14. SELLING ITEMS TO GRAILWORKS
Requests for evaluations, purchase offers, or collection submissions do not obligate Grailworks Trading Co. to purchase any item.
Any purchase offer is subject to the terms communicated with the seller and may depend on inspection, authentication, condition, ownership, quantity, and other relevant factors.
The person offering an item for sale represents that they have the legal right and authority to sell that item.
15. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND ERRORS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, specifications, and other information are accurate.
Occasional typographical, technical, pricing, inventory, or descriptive errors may occur.
We may correct errors or update information when discovered, subject to applicable law and any rights associated with an already completed transaction.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Grailworks Trading Co. name, branding, logos, website design, original photography, written content, graphics, and other original materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Travel is the Point LLC unless otherwise stated.
Nothing in these Terms grants permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our protected materials without authorization.
Third-party trademarks, product names, characters, card artwork, game names, grading-company names, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
